New 'KONG' ZIRCONIUM TOPB with ZircuTi - Metal Toys DZ
For this iteration, all components are crafted from Zr, including the base plate and mounting blocks. However, we've opted for SS screws, as their strength proves superior to Zr over extended use.
The paired plate is the Zr Dense Click. We've implemented our latest tested 0.23*4.4 spring and incorporated four 2.778 ceramic balls. This represents our most refined tuning solution for the Dense Click mechanism to date.
Visually, we hope you notice the attention to detail we've poured into this iteration. The logo inlay utilizes Zricuti, adding a vibrant touch to the deep black finish. Departing from our previous Zr treatments, we applied a two-tone baking process to the skeletonized contours. While the overall body retains its polished black finish, the skeletonized sections undergo secondary processing to create striking blue lines. We hope you appreciate this comprehensive design approach!
