About Us
We are fidget lovers. Some of us also suffer from ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, and other mental health issues. We've discovered the benefits of fidgets and our goal is to spread awareness of how these can be tools and not just toys.
- Reduce stress and anxiety. When we fidget, we are essentially providing our bodies with a physical outlet for our pent-up energy and emotions. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety while also improving your overall mood.
- Increase focus and concentration. For some people, fidgeting can actually help them to focus better. This is because fidgeting can provide a way to channel excess energy and restlessness, which can free up our minds to focus on the task at hand.
- Alleviate boredom. Fidgeting can also help to alleviate boredom. When we are bored, we are more likely to get distracted. However, fidgeting can actually help to make us less bored by providing us with something to do with our hands and minds.
- Improve sensory processing. For some people, fidgeting can help to improve sensory processing. This is because fidgeting can provide us with a variety of sensory input, which can help to regulate our nervous system and improve our overall ability to process sensory information.
